• Finalized catalog of eco-actions validated against measurable and transparent verification standards.

• Published architecture & tokenomics documentation stored in project repository.

• Screenshots and/or demo video of the UI/UX prototype demonstrating user flow.

• Documented eco-actions list with associated verification rules available for Catalyst reviewers.

Milestone #2 MVP Development

Milestone Outputs

• Smart contracts developed and deployed on Cardano testnet to record eco-actions and issue reward tokens.

• Integration with key Cardano wallets (Nami, Lace, Eternl) enabling users to store and manage eco-points.

• Backend APIs and database for eco-action logging, campaign management, and enterprise partnerships.

• MVP mobile/web version including user dashboard, eco-action submission, and token balance view.

Acceptance Criteria

• Fully functional MVP deployed on Cardano testnet.

• Users are able to log eco-actions, receive trial eco-points, and interact with their wallet.

• At least 50 internal testers actively engaged, providing feedback on usability, performance, and functionality.

Evidence of Completion

• Public testnet deployment link and project repository with smart contracts.

• Screenshots and/or demo video of the MVP showcasing logging of eco-actions and token issuance.

• Beta testing report documenting participation of 50+ users and summarizing their feedback.

Milestone #3: Community Pilot & Partnerships

• Closed Beta program launched with 200 community members across multiple locations.

• Execution of 2 pilot campaigns (e.g., recycling for trees, separating plastic for recycling) where eco-actions are logged and rewarded on-chain.

• Initial business partnerships established with at least 2 enterprises funding or sponsoring eco-points/tokens.

Acceptance Criteria

• Over 1000 eco-actions successfully recorded on-chain during pilot campaigns.

• At least 80% of pilot users reporting positive satisfaction with app usability and incentive mechanism.

• Signed MOUs secured with at least 2 businesses participating in the Impact Membership model.

Evidence of Completion

• On-chain data records validating eco-actions and token rewards.

• Photos, videos, and written reports from pilot campaigns showing participation and results.

• Signed MOUs and letters of intent from at least 2 partnering businesses included in project evidence.

• Impact Dashboard live, tracking eco-actions, NFTs, and business engagement.

• At least 200 registered users successfully onboarded to the platform.

• More than 2000 eco actions logged and verified on-chain.

• At least 3 sponsoring businesses actively participating and funding eco campaigns.

• Public Impact Dashboard accessible, displaying live blockchain-based sustainability metrics.

• On-chain mainnet transaction records demonstrating eco-actions and token issuance.

• Screenshots and public link to the live Impact Dashboard.

• Published 6-month sustainability & KPI report shared with the Catalyst community.
