How does GreenSnap work?
Here is the GreenSnap logic flow: Green Actions – Points – NFT Rewards:
1- Input: User Green Actions
Users perform environmentally friendly activities, which are recorded through the app. Each action earns GreenPoints based on its impact.
Recognition methods include:
QR code scan
Photo upload (with timestamp/GPS if required)
In-app check-in at events or campaigns
2- Points & User Levels
GreenPoints accumulate over time. Users advance through levels, unlocking additional benefits.
3- Data Recording (On-chain + Off-chain)
Off-chain: Action data stored in the app server (photos, event logs).
On-chain (Cardano):
When a user reaches a milestone, an NFT is minted as a certificate (e.g., “GreenSnap – Hero of Reuse”).
NFTs include metadata for transparency and verifiability
4- Rewards & Benefits
Users can:
